This background has given them both management and IT experience which has enabled them to undertake varied and in-depth assignments for our clients. Some of the more recent assignments include:

• Acting as an interim IT Director for a supply chain company and putting in place a framework for insourcing and outsourcing its IT activities
• Helping to define and improve the supplier relationship of a major airline's IT service providers to ensure that the outsourced services were achieving the business case objectives
• Advising a utility organisation on the effectiveness of their current outsourcing contract and recommending improvements in the relationship as well as further cost savings
• Advising and supporting a leading lifestyle marketing organisation on the introduction of service levels and a service reporting structure to ensure best practice principles were being used in the provision of their IT service
• Advising a pan-European supply chain company on sourcing its IT activities to ensure it supported the company as it made the transition from an in-house service provider to an independent operation
