• Analyse and create job specifications and define descriptions with recruiting managers
• Create preferred supplier lists and manage all contact with other recruitment suppliers, managing all outside agency prospecting calls
• Manage and conduct the recruitment activity
• Conduct executive search and selection
• Manage all advertising and responses
• Carry out first stage selection and interview (on-site where appropriate)
• Programme initiation to get buy-in from recruitment managers
